We're looking for an energetic, outgoing team member who loves connecting with people, driving sales, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed in a growing business. This role starts with event sales but offers the opportunity to expand into production, fulfillment, inventory management, and other operational responsibilities as the company grows. Position Overview As an Event Sales Specialist, you'll represent Swell Snacks at farmers markets, festivals, trade shows, and community events. You'll be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, educating shoppers about our products, and driving sales. When not working events, you'll have the opportunity to support production and day-to-day operations, making this an ideal role for someone looking to grow with an emerging brand. Weekend availability is essential. Most of our events take place on Saturdays and Sundays , so we're specifically looking for someone who is available to work most weekends . Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Sales Set up and break down event booths. Engage customers and tell the Swell Snacks brand story. Sample products and answer customer questions. Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service. Process payments using POS systems. Maintain an organized, attractive booth display. Track inventory before and after events. Represent the brand professionally at all times. Production & Operations (Growth Opportunity) Assist with snack production and packaging. Prepare orders for wholesale and direct customers. Help manage inventory and restock supplies. Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards. Support warehouse organization and fulfillment. Assist with special projects as the business grows. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills. Sales or customer service experience preferred. Available to work most Saturdays and Sundays (required). Comfortable working occasional weekday shifts as needed. Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods. Reliable transportation to event locations. Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated. Food production or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
