This year marks FoodieLand's first-ever event in Hampton, Georgia, making it an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand new festival experience! Job Overview Secret Sauce Society is proud to represent Maruchan, one of the world's most recognized ramen brands, and we're looking for energetic Brand Ambassadors to help create an unforgettable experience for festival guests. This large-scale activation features an immersive brand experience, a fully functioning convenience store, and a food truck serving free Maruchan samples to thousands of attendees throughout the festival. We're looking for outgoing, reliable team members who enjoy engaging with people, have a positive attitude, and can represent the Maruchan brand with enthusiasm and professionalism. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll prepare and serve ramen samples, assist guests with merchandise purchases, help maintain a clean and organized activation space, and work alongside a fun, supportive team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Note, this is a temporary event-based position.

Sept 7 Role Responsibilities This position includes a variety of responsibilities that may include but are not limited to: Welcome guests and help create a fun, organized event atmosphere Assist with sampling, provide product information, and light food service when applicable Manage lines, crowd flow, and answer guest questions with a calm, positive attitude Help maintain cleanliness, restock inventory, and keep the space event-ready Support setup and breakdown alongside the event team Follow brand guidelines and on-site procedures at all times Capture light photo/video content if requested by the event lead Work closely with leads to keep operations running smoothly Who We are Looking For Experience in events, hospitality, retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to stand for extended periods Familiarity with Square POS systems is a plus We want team members who can help create a fun, memorable, and welcoming experience for thousands of guests attending FoodieLand.
