$20.00 per hour + performance-based bonuses Position Overview This is a part-time, customer-facing lead generation role. You represent the brand at retail locations, home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events. Your main focus is starting conversations with homeowners and scheduling free in-home consultations. This is not a sales position. There are no closing responsibilities, no pricing discussions, and no contract handling. The sales team manages the consultation and sale process after appointments are scheduled. What You'll Do Engage homeowners at retail locations and community events Start friendly, professional conversations with the public Introduce Renewal by Andersen products and services Schedule free in-home consultations Represent the brand at booths and events Assist with event setup and teardown Track leads and activity using a tablet or smartphone What We're Looking For Outgoing and comfortable speaking with new people Strong communication skills Reliable and punctual work ethic Ability to work evenings and weekends Schedule Part-time, flexible scheduling based on availability Evening and weekend shifts required Work assigned around events and retail activations Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
