Brand AmbassadorPosition Summary The Brand Ambassador is responsible for growing brand awareness, generating new guests, developing community partnerships, and driving catering sales through direct outreach in the local community. This role serves as the face of Avocado Theory by building relationships with local businesses, schools, hospitals, gyms, apartment complexes, and community organizations. The Brand Ambassador is expected to spend the majority of their time in the field meeting decision-makers, distributing samples, promoting catering services, and generating measurable sales opportunities. Compensation $18-20 per hour, based on experience Company vehicle provided Fuel provided 5% commission on attributable sales generated through partnerships, events, and catering accounts Event Participation Attend community events, farmers markets, health fairs, and networking opportunities Set up sampling stations and promotional displays Collect leads and build community awareness Collabrate with local businesses, Funraising, cross promotion Daily Responsibilities Conduct in-person business visits daily Establish relationships with decision makers daily Distribute samples, catering menus, business cards, and promotional coupons Collect and document contact and in-person visit information for potential partners Schedule future sample drops and meetings Complete follow-up calls and emails Update outreach database and CRM daily Success Metrics Performance will be measured based on: Coupon redemptions Catering leads generated Catering sales generated Community partnerships established New customer acquisition Revenue directly attributable to outreach efforts Company Vehicle Requirements Vehicle GPS tracking enabled Daily route accountability required Professional driving record required Vehicle must be maintained in clean condition Vehicle use limited to authorized business activities Ideal Candidate Outgoing and personable Comfortable speaking with strangers Strong communication skills Self-motivated and organized Reliable and accountable Passionate about health, wellness, and community engagement Sales, marketing, hospitality, or community outreach experience preferred

Pay:
