Duties Greet customers warmly, provide product information, and assist with selections to enhance their shopping experience Promote products through live demos, sampling, and engaging storytelling to increase customer interest and sales Organize and participate in local events or marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness in the community Build strong relationships with customers through personalized service and attentive communication Handle sales transactions accurately while promoting ongoing customer engagement and repeat visits Skills Prior food service experience or retail knowledge to confidently handle product promotion and customer inquiries Excellent communication skills, including bilingual abilities for diverse customer interactions Experience in public speaking to effectively promote products at roadside stands or markets Customer relationship building expertise to foster loyalty and positive brand perception Ability to handle sales objections professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanor Technical proficiency with a (POS) point-of-sale systems In-person customer service skills combined with retail store product knowledge for effective product demos and branding efforts
