As a Flyer Distributor, you will meet at our center at 3:45 am to clock in,review instruction ,enter vehicle and begin work.
This paid role is perfect for motivated individuals who enjoy outdoor work, social interaction, and making a tangible impact in their neighborhoods.
No phone or smart technology is allowed.
All technology must be left at the center prior to work.

Applicant must be on time for work.
This work can only be done if weather permits. Duties Distribute flyers, placing flyer on driver side window under windshield wiper Build rapport with residents and local businesses to enhance community engagement efforts Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while working outdoors in various weather conditions Qualifications Previous experience in field sales, marketing, canvassing, or community engagement is preferred but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to engage conversationally and persuasively Supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus for coordinating team efforts during large campaigns Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse communities effectively Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods; outdoor work experience is advantageous Customer service experience that demonstrates patience, professionalism, and active listening skills Ability to negotiate politely and handle face-to-face interactions confidently in various settings Join us today to become a vital part of outreach initiatives that make a difference!
