We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our team as Field Marketing Specialists and Brand Ambassadors. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, attending community events, building relationships, and representing a growing healthcare brand. We welcome students and early-career candidates who are interested in gaining hands-on marketing experience and exploring long-term growth opportunities within the organization. What You'll Do As a Field Marketing Specialist/Brand Ambassador, you will help increase awareness of Cellara Pain Institute within the local community by: Representing Cellara Pain Institute with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Attending community events, health fairs, networking events, local business gatherings, and promotional activities. Educating the public about the clinic's pain management and regenerative medicine services using approved marketing information. Engaging with potential patients, community members, healthcare professionals, and local organizations. Distributing brochures, flyers, promotional materials, and other approved resources. Encouraging interested individuals to learn more about the clinic, request information, or schedule an appointment. Building relationships with local businesses, senior communities, fitness centers, healthcare organizations, and other community partners. Managing promotional tables and displays to ensure they remain organized, professional, welcoming, and visually appealing. Assisting with interactive promotions and creating a positive experience for event attendees. Supporting event setup, breakdown, and transportation of promotional materials when required. Collecting appropriate contact information and documenting outreach activities accurately. Providing feedback to the marketing team regarding community interest, frequently asked questions, and potential partnership opportunities. Working closely with the clinic and marketing teams to support outreach campaigns and business growth. Completing other marketing and administrative support duties as needed. Requirements Highly energetic, friendly, outgoing, and confident personality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Reliable, punctual, organized, and accountable. Able to accurately communicate approved information about the clinic and its services. Comfortable standing, walking, and working at events for extended periods. Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team. Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends. Willingness to travel locally for events and community outreach activities. Previous experience in field marketing, promotions, events, sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required. An interest in healthcare, marketing, community engagement, or business development is an advantage.
