Description:
drive awareness of 11th Hour Racing's initiatives and community programs, engage a friendly crowd of nature-sport enthusiasts, marine industry, and coastal community members (a few hundred a day), and get people involved.
- Tracking and reporting:
a tally counter for gallery traffic and an iPad questionnaire for guests who go through the experience. We hand the iPad and counter back to the on-ste lead at the end of each day. -
Escalation:
anything outside your scope, reach out to shift lead or collect the guest's contact info to pass along. -
On-brand:
friendly tone, #fortheocean, "when the ocean wins, we all win," lead on ocean health, no competitors.
Dress Code:
Dress:
white, black, or navy shirt (unbranded) or smart-casual.
