We are looking for a Brand Assistant who can help our clients create positive, memorable experiences while gaining practical exposure to marketing, customer engagement, and campaign performance. Bring Brands to Life Our team delivers business-to-business, retail, and live event campaigns that connect clients directly with their target customers. As a Brand Assistant, you will learn how to represent different brands effectively, communicate key messages, and adapt your approach to different audiences. This is a face-to-face position focused on live customer engagement rather than social media or digital content creation. What You'll Be Doing

• Learn client brand guidelines, products, services, and campaign objectives.
• Represent client brands professionally during customer-facing campaigns.
• Speak with prospective customers and communicate key messages clearly.
• Assist with campaign materials, displays, and daily preparation.
• Gather customer feedback and track engagement during campaigns.
• Work with the wider team to review results and improve future activity.

What Makes a Strong Candidate You should be approachable, confident communicating with people, and interested in understanding what makes customers connect with a brand. Previous marketing experience is not required. We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds, including retail, hospitality, events, customer service, and other people-focused environments.
