Job Description

Auction Event Coordinator Full-Time |
Pay:
$16-$20/hour (based on experience) We're looking for a hands-on, organized Auction Event Coordinator to join our team and help manage the auction process from start to finish. This is a great fit for someone who's detail-oriented, comfortable with physical work, and enjoys variety in their day-to-day — no two auctions are exactly alike, and you'll be involved in every stage of getting equipment and merchandise ready for sale. What You'll Do Categorize and lot incoming farm equipment and machinery for upcoming auctions Tag items accurately with lot numbers and relevant details Photograph equipment and items for online listings Upload items to the auction website, ensuring listings are accurate and complete Assist on sale day — helping the auction run smoothly from setup through close Support check-out for buyers after the sale Help with load-out , assisting buyers in getting purchased equipment off the lot Assist with settlement , helping ensure sellers are paid out accurately and on time What We're Looking For Comfortable working outdoors and around farm equipment/machinery Strong attention to detail, especially with tagging, cataloging, and data entry Basic photography skills (or willingness to learn) Ability to lift, move, and help load/unload equipment as needed Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple moving parts on sale day Prior auction, farm, or equipment experience is a plus but not required Basic computer skills for uploading listings and updating records
Details Schedule:
Full-time Pay:
$16-$21/hour, based on experience
Environment:
