This individual is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, increasing brand awareness, supporting community outreach, and executing local marketing initiatives that drive patient growth. Working closely with the Regional Marketing Manager, this role represents IOSI throughout the community, attends networking events, creates engaging content, and strengthens relationships with referral partners while ensuring consistent brand representation. Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory Management Serve as the primary marketing representative for an assigned territory. Develop and maintain a consistent presence within the assigned market. Execute local marketing initiatives aligned with IOSI's overall marketing strategy. Identify opportunities to expand brand awareness and strengthen community relationships. Provide regular updates and activity reports to the Regional Marketing Manager. Referral Source Relationship Development Build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources throughout your assigned territory, including: Personal Injury Attorneys Law Firms Chiropractors Case Managers Medical Providers Responsibilities include: Conduct regular in-person visits. Deliver educational and promotional materials. Coordinate lunches, meetings, and educational presentations. Maintain consistent communication with referral partners. Identify new referral opportunities within the territory. Community Outreach Represent IOSI at networking events, conferences, and community events. Assist in planning and coordinating local marketing events. Promote IOSI's services throughout the community. Build partnerships with organizations that align with IOSI's mission. Content & Brand Support Capture photos and videos during events, physician activities, and community outreach. Assist with creating social media content showcasing the assigned territory. Help maintain a consistent and professional brand image. Gather testimonials, success stories, and community highlights. Marketing Support Distribute marketing materials throughout the territory. Assist with local campaigns and promotions. Track marketing inventory and promotional items. Collect market feedback and competitor insights. Support physician marketing initiatives as directed. Reporting Structure This position reports directly to the Regional Marketing Manager and works collaboratively with physicians, and clinic leadership.

Pay:

$26.00 - $31.31 per hour
