Job Description

Position Summary The Closer is responsible for managing the steps of the real estate transaction process and ensuring that all closing documents are accurate, compliant, and properly executed. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills to coordinate between buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders. The Closer at Integrity Title Company represents the final stage of our service — ensuring each client's closing experience is professional, efficient, and stress-free while upholding the company's values of integrity, accuracy, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and verify closing documents for accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers to confirm closing details and schedules. Review title commitments, payoffs, and lender instructions to identify and resolve issues prior to closing. Conduct closings with clients, ensuring all documents are properly explained, executed, and notarized. Verify signatures, identification, and completion of all required forms. Disburse funds accurately and in accordance with lender and company policies. Balance and finalize closing files, ensuring all disbursements, payoffs, and fees are correct. Record documents with the appropriate county offices. Issue final title policies and deliver closing packages to the appropriate parties. Maintain organized and compliant digital and paper closing files. Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions. Support team members and assist with overflow or complex closings as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate title, escrow, or closing required. Thorough understanding of closing procedures, title insurance, and lender requirements. Notary Public commission (or eligibility to obtain one). Proficiency with title software (e.g., Qualia) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Commitment to confidentiality and accuracy in every transaction. Work Environment Office-based position, Monday-Friday, standard business hours. May occasionally require additional hours during high-volume periods or month-end closings. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during closings. Light lifting (up to 20 lbs.) of closing materials or office supplies may be required. Compensation Hourly pay or salary based on experience. Eligible for company benefits as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
