Job Description

The closing agent prepares the settlement statement per lender instructions and the closing documents; conducts the closing of the real estate transaction; and coordinates funding of the real estate transaction. Required qualifications High school degree mandatory Good communication skills Ability to multitask Good computer skills Ability to work well with others Helpful if you have Understanding or knowledge of RESPA a plus Previous experience
