You'll be a "romantic advisor," helping customers remember special occasions and choose pieces that bring their jewelry dreams to life! What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who's not just looking for a job — but a long-term career in the jewelry world. Requirements:

Preferably 3+ years of retail sales experience — jewelry industry experience is a big plus! Confidence in your selling abilities — selling with love, not discount! A customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills Goal-oriented with experience maintaining a client book Team player who knows when to assist or step in on a sale Energetic, upbeat, and willing to learn about our amazing gemstones and designs Available to work Saturdays — our busiest and most exciting day! Must LOVE jewelry and gemstones! Compensation & Benefits Your earning potential is limitless! Pay varies based on experience and includes: Hourly base pay + sales commission The more you hustle (and the more clients you bring), the more you can earn — you truly control your income!
