Beverly Hills, CA | On-Site Max Benjamin Partners is expanding our Capital Markets team and is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Originator to join our Beverly Hills headquarters. This is an opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team that closes over $800M+ in annual financing volume , with exposure to construction, bridge, permanent debt, and equity placements across all major asset classes nationwide. Our originators are supported by an institutional platform, extensive lender relationships, and the resources needed to execute complex transactions from origination through closing. We're looking for professionals who have: 2+ years of commercial real estate capital markets, banking, or lending experience Proven originations experience and strong underwriting fundamentals Excellent relationship-building, analytical, and communication skills The ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment At MBP, we offer a competitive commission structure, significant deal flow, mentorship from senior producers, and a clear path for long-term growth and partnership.
