We are looking for someone who loves jewelry, enjoys connecting with customers, and takes pride in providing warm, personalized service. For the right person, this role offers the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and grow into a leadership position over time. Our store is located inside the Marine Corps Exchange and serves a wonderful, respectful, and loyal community of military members, families, retirees, and employees. Fine Jewelry Sales Professional Responsibilities Assist customers with fine jewelry purchases, gifts, and styling Build lasting relationships with new and returning clients Follow up with customers and encourage repeat business Maintain attractive and organized jewelry displays Assist with inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations Help identify opportunities to grow sales Fine Jewelry Sales Professional Qualifications Retail or sales experience required Fine jewelry, luxury retail, fashion, bridal, or commission-based sales experience preferred Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confident assisting customers and closing sales Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required to drive onto the base Fine Jewelry Sales Professional Compensation and Benefits Starting at $24+ per hour Commission and sales incentives Employee jewelry discount Health insurance for eligible employees Flexible scheduling Full-time and part-time opportunities available
