Training for new and experienced agents Ongoing coaching and mentorship Real estate technology, systems, and office resources Support with lead follow-up and client development Guidance throughout the buying and selling process Professional development opportunities A collaborative environment with other real estate professionals Resources to help you generate business and build your client base What You'll Do As a Real Estate Agent, you will: Work with buyers and sellers throughout the Los Angeles area Help clients buy, sell, and navigate residential real estate transactions Conduct property showings and buyer consultations Meet with homeowners and prospective sellers Follow up with leads and prospective clients Build relationships with clients, prospects, and referral partners Prepare and present offers Assist clients with negotiations and contracts Guide clients through each stage of the transaction Maintain regular communication with clients Stay informed about local listings, inventory, pricing, and market conditions Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and follow-up Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: A California real estate license holder Newly licensed and looking for your first opportunity An experienced real estate agent looking to grow Currently with another brokerage and looking for additional support Motivated to build a successful real estate career Comfortable talking with buyers, sellers, and prospective clients Professional, reliable, and responsive Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule Interested in sales, networking, and relationship building Previous real estate sales experience is NOT required. Newly licensed agents are encouraged to apply. Commission-based compensation Your income is based on closed transactions and individual performance. There is no guaranteed salary. Earnings vary based on transactions, sales activity, experience, and market conditions.
