LEASING CONSULTANT - ELOWEN OAK

Job Description:

We're hiring a Leasing Consultant to join the team at Elowen Oak, a brand-new multifamily community in Windsor, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new community from the beginning and play an important role in its initial lease-up and resident experience. We're looking for someone personable, polished, organized, and naturally sales-minded. Someone who enjoys connecting with people, creating a memorable customer experience, and following through from the first inquiry all the way to move-in. As Elowen Oak continues through its construction and lease-up phase, some leasing may take place through guided hard-hat tours. The ideal candidate will be comfortable confidently showcasing Elowen Oak's vision, helping prospective residents visualize the completed community, and creating excitement around calling Elowen Oak home. Prior property management experience is a plus, but not required. We welcome candidates with strong backgrounds in sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service who are eager to learn and grow within the multifamily housing industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome prospective residents and provide engaging, personalized community tours, including guided hard-hat tours during the construction phase
• Confidently showcase Elowen Oak's apartment homes, amenities, lifestyle, and overall vision
• Help prospective residents visualize the completed community and build excitement throughout the leasing process
• Manage the full leasing journey from initial inquiry and follow-up through application, screening, lease execution, and move-in
• Build relationships with prospective residents through consistent and thoughtful follow-up
• Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, online, and walk-in inquiries
• Maintain accurate and organized prospect, leasing, and resident records
• Support lease-up marketing efforts, including outreach, online presence, resident events, and community partnerships
• Maintain model homes, leasing spaces, and tour paths to ensure they are consistently show-ready
• Assist with resident relations and help create a welcoming community experience from day one
• Collaborate with the onsite and leadership teams to achieve leasing and occupancy goals

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Warm, professional, and confident when working with prospective and current residents
• Previous experience in leasing, hospitality, retail, sales, or another customer-facing role preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities
• Proactive follow-up and attention to detail
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite; property management or CRM software experience is a plus
• Motivated by goals and comfortable working in a fast-paced lease-up environment

Pay:

$23.50 - $26.00 per hour
