Real Estate Acquisition Specialist Full-Time | In-Office - Branford, CT $500/Week Base + Uncapped Commission We are a growing Connecticut real estate investment company looking for a competitive, motivated salesperson to join our in-house acquisitions team. We provide the leads, training, systems, and support. Your job is to speak with homeowners, build relationships, follow up, negotiate, and get properties under contract. What You'll Do Handle inbound leads and make outbound calls Make 75+ calls/follow-ups per day Build rapport with property owners Identify seller motivation and opportunities Negotiate purchase prices and terms Follow up consistently until deals are closed Maintain accurate notes in our CRM Hit weekly and monthly performance goals Who We're Looking For You should be confident on the phone, competitive, persistent, coachable, and motivated by money and performance. Sales experience is strongly preferred. Experience in real estate, automotive, insurance, solar, recruiting, or other commission-based sales is a plus. Real estate experience or a CT real estate license is not required. Compensation $500 weekly base + uncapped commission Leads provided Training provided No commission ceiling Advancement opportunities for top performers This is a performance-driven sales role . The more deals you close, the more you earn.
