- Show available properties to potential tenants
- Assist in the leasing process, including application review and lease signing
- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to attract new tenants
- Create engaging content for social media platforms
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding across all channels
- Market the properties through videos and other promotional materials
- Highlight the unique features of each property and talk about the communities in which they are located
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in real estate or property management preferred
