We are seeking an Office Assistant to help manage a variety of tasks across Brittney's companies and personal needs. If you're organized, proactive, have a positive attitude and interested in real estate and design, this could be a great fit! This is a dynamic support role involving a variety of responsibilities across commercial real estate, interior design, business operations, and investment properties. No two days are exactly the same, so the ideal candidate is someone who enjoys staying organized, learning new things, solving problems, and managing multiple priorities.

Role:
Support Brittney Gondek Scoville, a licensed commercial real estate agent (CT, RI) and owner of an interior design and vintage furniture business Assist with administrative and operational tasks across real estate, design, and retail Dynamic role with varied responsibilities, ideal for someone organized, high attention to detail and proactive
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update a shared, collaborative task list (e.g., Google Doc) to track daily priorities and ensure smooth communication Assist with light bookkeeping in coordination with an external bookkeeper Make and return calls to clarify property details and communicate with other agents Assist with prospecting for tenants and new business opportunities Follow up on leads and update property listings in CoStar and MLS as needed Prospecting for tenants Handle confidential, proprietary, client, and company information with discretion Use the company CRM to track clients, leads, follow-ups, and daily tasks Create and manage feedback reports and spreadsheets Update financial analysis spreadsheets using provided templates Support light design tasks and website updates Communicate and coordinate with contractors and vendors Help manage Brittney's personal investment properties. Comfortable receiving feedback and adapting as procedures evolve Comfortable asking questions when clarification is needed Able to follow established procedures and instructions Professional and confident when communicating with clients and business contacts
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Background or interest in real estate, retail leasing, or financial analysis Licensed Real Estate Salesperson or Broker Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with spreadsheets Experience with Canva, Microsoft Office, Social Media Ability to take measurements and create a floor plan Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Advanced computer skills, experience with Apple products
Additional Information:
Connecticut real estate license is a plus, but not required W-2 Employee or Independent contractor engagement (1099) Part time- 20 hours per week to start. Monday-Friday 9AM-1PM. Can turn into full time for the right candidate Please include your availability, relevant experience, and anticipated length of commitment when applying. Selected applicants will be asked to complete DISC and Enneagram assessments as part of the interview process.
