Experience Required:
7-10 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer to support wireless network expansion and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in wireless site acquisition, real estate entitlements, zoning/permitting, lease negotiation, vendor management, and project management. This individual will manage multiple time-sensitive projects from the real estate acquisition process through construction handoff while collaborating with internal teams, landlords, vendors, municipalities, legal counsel, and engineering partners. Key Responsibilities Drive project completion and manage the end-to-end real estate process for wireless network projects. Support new site builds, site modifications, and Macro Modification projects. Manage real estate entitlements, including site acquisition, leasing, zoning, permitting, and regulatory approvals. Track vendor performance and ensure project trackers and databases are accurately maintained. Manage project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and milestones. Conduct and participate in deployment, planning, and project status calls with vendors and internal stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, vendors, community officials, legal counsel, and other stakeholders. Review and negotiate contracts, leases, and other real estate-related agreements. Ensure compliance with leasing, zoning, environmental, regulatory, and permitting requirements. Work closely with Network Implementation teams to resolve site-related challenges impacting network activation. Collaborate with general contractors and Architectural & Engineering firms on project design, priorities, and construction schedules. Lead weekly planning and working sessions with vendors and internal project teams. Resolve property management and landlord/tenant issues and disputes. Maintain project documentation, reports, databases, and other administrative records. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and accelerate project delivery. Manage multiple large-scale, long-duration projects across different geographic locations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience. 7+ years of relevant professional experience. 5+ years of experience in real estate, municipal engagement, site acquisition, or contract negotiation. Strong project and program management experience. Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, project trackers, and reporting systems. Preferred Qualifications Strong wireless telecommunications site acquisition experience. Experience with wireless site development and network deployment projects. Experience with zoning, permitting, regulatory approvals, and municipal processes. Experience managing property management and landlord/tenant matters. Experience working with general contractors and A&E firms. Experience managing large-scale, multi-project, and multi-geography programs. Knowledge of the construction handoff process and network implementation lifecycle.
Pay:
$62.00 - $65.00 per hour
