Full-time; some evenings and weekends may be required Valley Run Apartments is seeking an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong sales and follow-up skills, and can create a welcoming experience for prospective and current residents. Responsibilities Respond promptly to phone, email, internet, and walk-in inquiries Schedule and conduct apartment and community tours Follow up consistently with prospective residents Explain rental rates, availability, qualifications, and lease terms Process applications and collect required documentation Prepare leases, move-in paperwork, and resident files Assist with resident questions, renewals, notices, and service requests Maintain accurate guest cards, traffic reports, and leasing records Inspect apartments before tours and move-ins Follow Fair Housing laws and company policies at all times Qualifications Previous leasing, property management, sales, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred Entrata experience is a plus Strong communication and sales skills Professional, friendly, and dependable Excellent organization and attention to detail Comfortable using computers, email, and property-management software Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office Available to work the required schedule, including occasional weekends Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if required What We Offer Competitive pay of $21-$23 per hour Leasing bonus opportunities Paid time off and holidays Employee apartment discount, if applicable Training and opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment If you are motivated, organized, and passionate about helping people find their next home, we would love to hear from you.
