Our client, a well-established and respected law firm in the Pace area, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Closer or Experienced Closing Assistant to join their growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced office, enjoy building relationships with clients, lenders, real estate agents and attorneys, and take pride in providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do

Manage residential real estate closings from contract to closing table.
Review and process title work.
Draft and review title commitments.
Prepare closing packages and documents for settlement.
Assist with issuing title policies.
Communicate professionally with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and other parties throughout the closing process.
Ensure all documents and critical title information are completed accurately and delivered on time.
Provide an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. What We're Looking For
College degree or equivalent experience in real estate closings.
Previous experience as a Real Estate Closer or Closing Assistant.
Working knowledge of Qualia or similar closing software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
High attention to detail with strong critical thinking skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows applications. Why You'll Love This Opportunity
