The Trust and Estate Administrative Assistant demonstrates a high degree of knowledge and responsibility over estate administration. The Assistant supports Trust Officers in preparation of correspondence and reports, computer input and analysis of financial data and has frequent customer contact. This position performs duties associated with trust and estate administration. Candidates that express an interest in this invitation must have a high school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of five years of experience in legal assistant duties or trust and wealth management; post-secondary education preferred but not required; computer, data entry, 10-key, telephone, fax machine, and copy machine; proficient computer software skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and a demonstrated ability to learn new software; must be proficient in trust accounting software; excellent communication skills; must demonstrate strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and the ability to work within deadlines; demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask with frequent interruptions. This position requires the availability to travel for customer meetings at various locations.
