Negotiation Full Job Description Operations Manager Compensation:

Base Salary + Commission Opportunity to work alongside an established agent with a strong listing-based business, repeat clients, and investor relationships. Samar Group at Real Brokerage is expanding and looking for an operations manager. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and willing to learn how a successful real estate practice operates.

Responsibilities:

Conduct showings, inspections, and open houses. Meet contractors, photographers, and vendors at listings. Provide feedback and updates after showings. Support listing and transaction activities. Deliver exceptional service to clients and prospects. Generate sales from self procured business.

Ideal Candidate:

Active Illinois real estate license Professional appearance and demeanor Comfortable working evenings and weekends as necessary. Self-motivated and willing to learn. Interested in long-term growth and increased responsibility
