We're looking for people with great attitudes and fantastic customer service to work at our beautiful property, Versailles on the Lakes Schaumburg. As a Leasing Consultant, you will manage the leasing process for prospects assisting to ensure a smooth move to our beautiful community. A few of your main duties: Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions, and provide tours of the apartments and community. Process applications and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals. Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries, which includes providing leasing information, making appointments, and creating and following up with maintenance requests. Assist with resident relations, and other assignments as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Illinois Leasing License preferred but we will work with right candidate to get licensed within 90 days of being hired. Residential Leasing experience required High School education

Residential Leasing experience and at least one year of customer service experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Yardi/CRM experience preferred.
