PartTime - Leasing Agent with Yardi and Management Experience! Bi-Lingual is a plus Westbrooke Glen is a newly renovated multifamily community in Shawnee, KS We are seeking an experienced part time Leasing Agent to join our team for 20 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the property, including tenant relations, maintenance, and financial management. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The Leasing Agent must be able to work independently and have a strong understanding of the rental market in order to ensure that the property is well-maintained and profitable.

Hourly Pay Responsibilities:

Manage tenant relations and ensure tenant satisfaction. Ensure that all legal requirements are met and that the property is in compliance with all applicable laws. Show prospective tenants our model(s) via tours. Help with Collections and ensure Maintenance Requests are being completed . Perform regular inspections of the property and ensure that it is properly maintained. Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new tenants and keep occupancy above 94%. Handle tenant complaints and disputes in a professional manner. Maintain accurate records of all tenant activities and payments. Ensure that all rental agreements are up to date and in compliance with applicable laws. Adhere to the property budget and work with the maintenance team to operate within the budget.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
