Job Description

We ask that you answer the phone in a professional voice & tone. Take time with our tenants or prospective tenants and listen to their concerns or questions. You will be taking work orders from tenants. Clearing work orders once they are done. Assisting the mgr. and the assistant mgr. You will be showing apartments to prospective tenants. Filing, light cleaning, filling out paperwork. These are a few things that will be expected of you. There are opportunities to grow with our company if you show initiative. If you are asked to "float" to one of our other properties to work. You will receive gas money for this. Please come to the interview dressed appropriately.
