Job Description

We are looking for someone in the Harford County area with property management experience who is looking for a job with flexibility.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for leasing vacant units, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our property management team. Responsibilities - Leasing vacant units to prospective tenants, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding sales targets Conducting property tours, showcasing the features and amenities of our properties Responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities, including applications, leases, and rent payments Collaborating with the property management team to ensure a smooth leasing process and resolve any issues that may arise Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to ensure our properties remain competitive
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in leasing or sales, preferably in the Real Estate/Property Management industry High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing) preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in property management software and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed

$18-20 per hour plus commission, depending on experience and qualifications #Recruit
