Skill Requirements:
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
Must maintain superior customer service
Displays excellent verbal communication skills
Well organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Must have intermediate computer knowledge
Strong work ethic and dependability
Ability to learn and operate the company software program

Job Duties:

Ability to guide a prospect from traffic to resident
Marketing/Social Media
Process applications and leases
Respond to telephone inquiries
Greet new prospects and show apartments
Filing
Processing and entering Maintenance tickets
Orders supplies
Respond to emails
Issues & process letters and renewals

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
