Job Description
Leasing Agent Keystone Management manages more than 500 apartment homes throughout the Waterville area and is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team in our Orono office. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and helping residents find their next home, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Show available apartments to prospective residents Process applications, deposits, lease agreements, and move-in paperwork Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants by phone, email, and in person Answer and direct incoming phone calls Assist residents and applicants with completing required paperwork Scan, organize, and maintain electronic records File and maintain lease documents Support office operations and assist with special projects as needed Qualifications Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers and office software Experience with Yardi property management software is a plus Benefits We offer a competitive benefits package, including: 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and life insurance 12 paid holidays annually Paid vacation and sick time Your birthday off as an additional paid holiday 401(k) with a 100% company match on contributions up to 5% Join Our Team At Keystone Management, we take pride in providing quality housing and excellent customer service.
