We're looking to hire an individual with customer service experience to serve as a full-time leasing consultant for an Apartment Community in Midland. An ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, organized and possesses an upbeat, positive approach to overcoming challenges, feels comfortable and confident in their phone presence, and is self-sufficient in day-to-day responsibilities. Job responsibilities include computer use with web-based software, lead and resident management, touring apartments with prospective residents, and assisting with all office duties. Additionally, the job requires maintaining a positive rapport with existing community residents and their needs while also leasing to new incoming residents.
