Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Closer to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate completion of real estate transactions by reviewing legal descriptions, processing title documents, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Your expertise will help facilitate seamless closings, uphold legal compliance, and deliver exceptional service to clients and partners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of real estate transactions, contributing to successful property transfers and fostering positive relationships within the industry. Must have a current book of business to be considered. Duties Process title documents, including title commitments, policies, and related paperwork, adhering strictly to underwriting guidelines. Review real estate documentation for completeness and compliance with applicable laws such as real estate law and local regulations. Collaborate with title companies, attorneys, surveyors, and other professionals to facilitate clear title transfer processes. Perform title review and underwriting procedures to identify potential issues or discrepancies before closing. Maintain detailed records of all transactions, legal descriptions, and correspondence to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance. Skills Experience with title processing, review of real estate documentation, and adherence to underwriting guidelines. Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach when interacting with clients, attorneys, surveyors, and internal teams. Familiarity with office procedures related to real estate closings and document management. Prior experience working in a title office or real estate environment is highly preferred to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the closing process.
