Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Apartment Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for marketing available apartments, generating leads through advertising and cold calling, leasing units, and providing excellent customer service to current and prospective residents. If you enjoy working with people, are organized, and are comfortable promoting available apartments, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilites Advertise available apartments on online listing sites and social media. Make cold calls and follow up with prospective tenants. Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries. Schedule and conduct apartment tours. Process rental applications and assist with lease preparation. Build relationships with prospective and current residents. Maintain accurate leasing records and tenant files. Coordinate with maintenance to ensure apartments are move-in ready. Help increase occupancy through effective marketing strategies. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable making outbound cold calls. Experience with online advertising and social media marketing. Strong organizational and time management skills. Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, and online applications). Previous apartment leasing or property management experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
