Realty ONE Group Next Level is looking for an established Transaction Coordinator, someone with systems and processes already in place, who wants to grow their business by becoming our exclusive in-house TC. If you love a clean file and a deal that closes without drama, we want to talk. About the Job As our Transaction Coordinator, you will market your services directly to our 150+ agents and build your own book of business inside our brokerage. You will manage files from contract to close, including deadlines, document execution, escrow, inspections, financing, commission statements, and broker compliance uploads. You will work independently as a subcontractor, paid per file, with no cap on how many agents you serve or how much you earn. As a Transaction Coordinator , you will be expected to:

Manage 15 to 30 files a month from contract to close
Communicate proactively with agents, clients, and cooperating parties
Keep every file compliant and audit-ready
