The Leasing Consultant will assist the Community Manager with day-to-day operations of the apartment community, including but not limited to: Conducting leasing tours, processing applications, and preparing leases and move-in paperwork in accordance with New Jersey law. Coordinating maintenance and repair requests with maintenance staff and residents and ensuring timely and satisfactory completion of work. Assisting with marketing and advertising efforts to attract new residents. Conduct market research to stay informed about local rental rates and competitor offerings Assisting the community manager with reports and processes as needed. Participate in the planning, preparation and hosting of resident events.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills Aptitude for multitasking and problem-solving High technological proficiency, with a quick adaptation to new tools and platforms Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Positive attitude and team player mentality Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to problem-solve and think creatively Commitment to providing excellent resident service and satisfaction Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment Reliably commute to the property's location in 30 minutes or less, or would be willing to relocate in order to do so To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter to this ad.
