J3K.com) is expanding our Leasing & Sales team across our Manhattan and Long Island offices. We're looking for licensed NY Real Estate Salespersons who want to build a serious commercial book of business - with a firm that actually gives you the infrastructure to do it. This is a 100% commission role. What You Get at J3

Leads & Inventory - An active pipeline of listings across Retail, Office, Industrial, and Multifamily, plus pre-qualified tenant and buyer leads routed to agents by asset class and geography. You'll work real deals from day one. Focus Markets - Primary focus on Brooklyn and Manhattan, with active deal flow across Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, and Long Island. Full Back-Office Support - Marketing, listing creation, OMs, mailers, email blasts, social, CoStar/LoopNet syndication, and transaction admin are handled in-house at the highest level. You sell - we handle the rest. Tech & Data Stack - CoStar, LoopNet, our proprietary internal database of owners and tenants, plus AI-powered deal and comp tools built in-house. Proptech is core to how we operate, not an afterthought. Autonomy with a Team Behind You - Run your own book, keep your own relationships, build your own vertical - with the brand, tools, and support of an established firm. ????
