This is not a job for someone looking to coast. It is for someone who already knows they can sell and has never been handed the training or the tools to show what that looks like at full speed. If that sounds like you, keep reading. What you will be doing Helping people buy and sell homes across Las Cruces and Dona Ana County. Talking to people, finding out what they actually need, showing them their options, and following up until there is an answer. You will build your own book of business with a broker who works alongside you instead of handing you a login and disappearing. The training you get You will be trained by the qualifying broker directly, in person, on live deals. How to generate your own business, how to work with a buyer, how to price and present a listing, how to write and negotiate an offer, and how to keep a deal together once it is under contract. Not a video course you watch alone at midnight. You will also get the tools included: your own website with real search traffic behind it, a CRM that routes leads to you and follows up on its own, listing presentations, pricing analysis and marketing built for you. No monthly fees for any of it. If you are already licensed and reading this You might already be good and just stuck. Most of the time that is not a talent problem. It is a training problem, and it is a cost problem from paying for tools out of your own pocket before you ever get to keep anything. Both of those are solvable and both of them are solved here. Cars, solar, insurance, phones, gym memberships, furniture, alarms, door to door, retail floor, anything where you had to read a person and ask for the sale. That skill transfers. The real estate part we can teach. What we cannot teach is drive. We are looking for people who follow up more than twice, who are comfortable picking up the phone every day, and who want to be great at this rather than fine at it. You do not need to have sold real estate before. You need to be someone who competes. Requirements An active New Mexico real estate license is required to work with clients. If you are not licensed yet, apply anyway. We will walk you through exactly what the licensing process looks like and what order to do it in, and plenty of great agents start right where you are. A reliable vehicle, a valid driver license and auto insurance. You live in or are moving to the Las Cruces and Dona Ana County area. This role is worked in person, not remotely. Compensation This is a commission only, 1099 independent contractor role. There is no hourly wage and no base salary.
