Ask questions and listen carefully to understand their roofing needs and project goals. Present roofing products and services in a clear, professional, and consultative manner. Explain recommendations, pricing, and project options. Address customer questions and objections with confidence. Prepare and present proposals tailored to each homeowner's needs. Guide customers through the purchasing process and close sales. Maintain accurate customer and sales information. Follow up with prospects and customers to provide an excellent experience. Stay current on roofing products, services, and industry trends. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation for traveling to customer homes. Comfortable conducting sales consultations in customers' homes. Compensation This is a commission-only sales opportunity with significant earning potential. Successful Sales Professionals can earn approximately $85,000-$130,000 annually , depending on individual sales performance.
