Associate Lease Analyst Assist Land Administration Department with the following: Analyzing, entering and maintaining lease and contract records in Company's database Generating and reviewing monthly payment calendars, expiration and obligation reports Monitoring and implementing required actions for minimum royalty and special obligations Review, analyze and summarize oil and gas leases and contracts Review and assist with the preparation of land transfers, assignments and land contracts Reviewing and responding to Lessor and partner inquiries Associate Lease Analyst Preferred work experience requirements In-house land administration experience working with oil and gas leases and contracts Working knowledge of standard oil and gas leases, assignments and other related documents Experience working with Bolo land database system Experience in the Appalachian Basin Associate Lease Analyst

MINIMUM POSITION
