What You Will Do (Post-Licensing) Upon successful completion of your licensing exam, your primary objectives will include: Formulating and executing localized client acquisition strategies and professional networking plans. Drafting, presenting, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements while guiding clients securely through the transaction and escrow processes. Leveraging our proprietary digital client-relationship platform to optimize listings, automate marketing, and streamline your business pipeline. Requirements To qualify for this professional development opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background. Commitment to actively pursue and complete the Ohio Real Estate pre-licensing curriculum within a mutually agreed-upon timeframe. An entrepreneurial mindset, professional communication skills, and strong business acumen.

Regulatory Disclosure:

Real estate sales professionals affiliated with our brokerage operate as Independent Contractors (1099 classification). This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential directly tied to individual sales transactions and production output post-licensing.
