Job Description
Overview Blair Roofing & Construction is an established Oklahoma roofing company founded in 2011. We believe our sales professionals are the most important part of our company's success. We pay our sales professionals 60% of the net profit on self-generated jobs. Our net profit is calculated by deducting materials, labor, and, when applicable, permit fees. There are no confusing fees or hidden deductions in our commission structure. We also provide a $300 upfront payment for every signed contract, which is deducted from the final commission. Whether you're an experienced roofing salesperson or someone motivated to learn, we'd like to talk with you. If you already have relationships with realtors, insurance agents, property managers, or other referral sources and you're tired of low commission splits, you'll appreciate our straightforward commission structure. Our owner is a former licensed insurance adjuster who provides hands-on support throughout the sales and claims process.
