WHO THIS IS FOR

Licensed in Pennsylvania, or actively in a licensing course right now. Focused on Bucks or Montgomery County. Willing to be in the office for training and accountability and in the field with clients.

ABOUT THE PAY

This is a commission only independent contractor opportunity, which is how residential real estate works. There is no salary and no guarantee. The range shown reflects real variance in first year outcomes and depends heavily on your own activity. What we control is everything upstream of the commission: whether you have leads, whether you know what to do with them, and whether you have the support to spend your hours in front of clients.
