Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking detail-oriented Real Estate Legal Agent to join our dynamic team. This role involves drafting real estate documents for lawyers, communicating with clients, and other additional assistance necessary for closings. Experience Prior experience in a law firm preferred Prior experience with real estate closing preferred Understanding of the residential real estate market as well as industry standards for closing Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication skills Organizational skills with a focus on managing multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy Administrative experience related to property documentation, legal filings, and transaction coordination.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
