We are looking for a full-time or part-time leasing agent for scattered site properties. Must be self-motivated.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining knowledge of current market rates and trends
• Recommending rental rates and marketing available properties
• Communicating with prospective tenants
• Creating your showing schedule
• Show available properties to prospects
• Provide information on rental rates, lease terms, and property amenities
• Conduct background and credit checks on potential tenants
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are signed
• Collecting security deposits and application fees
• Working with current tenants to sign renewals
• Coordinate turnover in conjunction with the operations coordinator and maintenance supervisor
• Work in conjunction with the operations coordinator and maintenance supervisor to maintain curb appeal of properties
• Maintain accurate records of rental activity using property management software
• Execute marketing objectives for property leasing and company growth Fair Housing training will be provided.

Must have valid PA drivers license and Real Estate license. Vehicle provided for your work day. Compensation based on experience. Broker will support agent in a sales role if agent wishes to also represent buyers and sellers as part of their role at MLP.
