Altman Management Company, a long-established property management company, is seeking a professional, full time leasing consultant to join our team at two apartment communities, working from the office in Royersford, PA and covering another community in Lafayette Hill, PA. You'll be helping make our communities a great place to live! The responsibility of a Leasing Consultant is to provide a high-end experience to prospective and current residents while following Federal Fair Housing guidelines. You will work with potential residents in helping them find the perfect apartment home at our community while maintaining that high level of customer service once they become a resident.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Conducts in-person tours of apartment homes to potential residents. Answers a high volume of incoming property phone calls. Warmly greets prospects and current residents. Walks marketing path, model, and show units daily to ensure they are clean and ready to be shown. Reviews marketing platforms for accurate pricing and availability. Responds to potential resident interest for rental properties in-person and via email. Establishes tenant expectations for security deposits, procedures for rent and amenities that will be part of the lease. Screens potential tenant credit and background checks. Prepares and sends lease documents. Ensures move-in packets are prepped and required documents received before move-in. Adheres to all Altman employee policies, Code of Conduct and applicable rules, laws, and regulations.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years property management experience preferred. Yardi management and Rent Café software experience strongly preferred. Working knowledge of state Landlord Tenant Laws.
