This position is designed to give you all three. About the Position As an LST Market Specialist, you'll work directly with active buyers, showing homes throughout Monroe County and surrounding Pocono areas while helping them make informed real estate decisions. You'll work closely with experienced Buyer Specialists and one of the area's most respected Associate Brokers, gaining valuable hands-on experience that simply can't be learned in a classroom. This isn't simply a job showing houses. It's an opportunity to earn while developing the skills, confidence, and experience needed to build a successful real estate career. What You'll Do Show homes to qualified buyers throughout the Pocono region Preview new listings and become knowledgeable about the local market Coordinate showing appointments Answer buyer questions and communicate with clients professionally Gather showing feedback and keep Buyer Specialists informed Shadow buyer consultations, negotiations, and contract preparation Build relationships while representing our team's professional reputation Who Thrives Here You may be a great fit if you: Hold an active Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License Love meeting new people and building relationships Enjoy being out in the field instead of behind a desk Are dependable, organized, and communicate well Have a positive attitude and enjoy learning Appreciate coaching and constructive feedback Want to build a long-term career in real estate Take pride in providing exceptional client service This Position Probably Isn't Right For You If...
