Contract‑to‑Hire
Responsibilities
Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information
Deliver excellent customer service to current and future residents
Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and maintain accurate records
Manage phone calls, emails, and daily office communication
Support marketing efforts, outreach, and resident engagement
Maintain a professional, welcoming leasing office environment
Assist with daily operations to ensure a smooth leasing process
Requirements
Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office
Comfortable using basic computer and property management software
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
