Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant to join a tax credit apartment community.

REQUIREMENTS

6 months plus of prior leasing experience is a MUST! Affordable Housing Experience LIHTC or Conventional Leasing Experience Knowledge of Apartment Leasing/Fair Housing Reliable transportation—attendance and punctuality are imperative Working knowledge of the community and floor plans to successfully convert tours to leases Ability to process applications and prepare leases for qualified potential residents In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including laws, policies, and best practices

QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability Friendly, energetic, and great people skills Ability to work weekends is a MUST All candidates will be background screened and must be eligible to work in the United States.
